A question we are commonly asked is why are your prices so low for the process you provide ?.

Well firstly at the bottom of the scale people can and do come and wet your carpets offering little else !!

of course you wonder why your carpets re-soil so quick,the answer is both in the cleaning process the drying times and what liquids are applied to clean your carpets.

At the other end of the scale their are the large companies who have many overheads such as staff and offices to build into the price.

We have little overheads and we are able to offer excellent high quality cleaning at a very fair price.

Do the carpets get dirty quicker after cleaning ?.

A number of people have questions ( the old wife's tale !) that once you have the carpets cleaned they don't stay clean for long after.

Well that may have been true in the past and it is often the result you get from a machine you would hire and use yourself, the main reason for this is how you would clean it the cleaning equipment available and of course the shampoo supplied to you.

The Drying times on carpets can vary

Depending primarily by how heavily the carpet is soiled..

The quickest you can expect is 30 minutes and the longest possibly a few hours. Why ?.a short pile carpet takes longer than a deep pile for obvious reasons. Also sometimes the drying time will be affected by how badly the carpet is soiled etc. Ventilation helps the drying times, sometimes whist cleaning we may put airblowers to help the drying. Suites and Upholstery are the same if a suite is heavily soiled, it will take more extraction to lift the soil hence a longer drying time. We do not approve of dry cleaning suites..

Our cleaning process

We have both hot water extraction ( sometimes called steam cleaning ) And our dry fusion process ( called dry cleaning )

WE normally give you price for the job either by phone or during a visit to you, and when we arrive, use the best process that is suitable for you and your carpets. Of course you specify a particular one, for instance most people like the dry fusion process for carpets,

Why ?. It is very good at removing soil and marks from the carpet and leaves a stain resister and deodorizer on the surface of the fibres.

We locally cover Wrexham, Chester, Cheshire, North Wales down to Oswesrtry However if you do want to inquire about a service or for a quotation and live outside theses areas, then please do as we do sometimes travel as far a south Manchester or mid Wales depending of course on what is required.

You are welcome to call us for, questions pricing or to book in, anytime from 0800. To 18.30 Weekdays And 09.00 to 17.00 Weekends.

We will arrange our hours to suit your needs and requirements. Weekends ?. yes we do some weekends if specifically requested.

Stain Protector We will apply a Stainguard at your request

Please bear in mind that there is no product that will protect against heavy untreated stains This application is an extra and will be given and added to the price with your inquiry. However we do apply a stain resister which has proved sufficient to all our customers to date and is included with every application we use.

Our charges for stain removal

When we come to clean your carpets or furniture we treat all normal stains such as spillage's spots etc. without charge. If we are called specifically for a large spillage such as paint then we will give a price for that particular job Not all stains can be removed and no one can ever guarantee it, however we do have professional stain removers and procedures for every eventuality !.

Old stains and perhaps those you have treated with off the shelf stain removers are the most stubborn and sometimes the have in fact changed the pigmentation color of that area of the carpet and become permanent. We normally advise our customers on best practice for stains during our visit.

My experience on carpets and furniture cleaning and protection

The company has been in operation for about seven years and this is the fifth year in my hands.

In this time we have cleaned thousands of yards of carpets and hundreds pieces of soft furniture. As a very small company ourselves, both companies and residential customers use our services because they know who will arrive and the level of service and professionalism to expect and prefer a small local supplier. I have cleaned the carpets and upholstery for Hotels, Public houses, Residential Homes, Stately halls and granges and thousands of domestic residences, and that is the experience carried to every job.

We have a full comprehensive insurance that includes the full public private health and product liability and treatment insurance. This includes a £5 mil public liability and £10 mil employer's liability and full treatment risk.

Scheduled Contract Carpet Upholstery and Soft furnishing Cleaning.

We will arrange a Scheduled or Contract Clean at your request.

After the first clean, repeated cleans are less expensive because we have treated the materials originally. Many customers use us repeatedly to keep their homes in tip top condition Restaurants, Nursing homes and Public Houses will have their Carpet and Upholstery cleaned on a scheduled basis and they will be treated with our anti- microbial process, of which we can supply a certificate of cleaning of application.

Our after care services

We provide an after care services to our clients in the form of: Any call outs through accidents like spillage's are dealt with promptly, with costs just for the work carried out and no call out fee.

You can call us to ask for advice on spillage's or even advice on purchasing a new carpet. We will provide a selected service that involves either a thorough vacuuming and treating small stains. Or the very popular calling to clean just the most heavily used areas of your home and business.

You want to hire and do the carpet cleaning yourself ?.

Reasons not to !! 1. By the time you hire, pay the deposit pay for the liquids, there is little difference in the overall price. 2. I have had to go to jobs where both urine oil and grease has been smeared all over the carpets because of lack of cleaning of the equipment prior to use. 3. The liquids you have given to you are poor in quality and cleaning performance. 4. Often you will leave your carpets soaking wet leaving your carpets open to infestation. 5. Your carpet may be back to the same state as before you cleaned them within weeks !!. Do we hire ? No we would be out of business offering a service that gives results like this.

Preparation before we arrive

For commercial customers we ask only that essential staff our around the working area for heath and safety reasons, however we do often work around the desks of office staff whist they remain seated. Before we arrive you do not need to vacuum the carpets or furnishing, we have a powerful vacuum system that is always used before cleaning your carpet.

If you have vacuumed that's fine, but we still prefer to vacuum again. The vacuuming process should be carried out by any professional carpet cleaner. In the home you do not need to move the heavy furniture, we do that for you.

If however you have a full cabinet of any kind we will normally work around this. Beds are usually moved to one side to help us to work around this. If you move the little light things out, this we be all that is required from you. In the office all that is required is to move your files etc, off the floor, we will work around desks and furniture for you.
