A bit of gossip !!

Getting around most of North Wales and through Cheshire what i always find when chatting to people is that most have the same worries and concerns for today and the future.

Most feel that the amount of immigration on today's scale will bring an unstable future.

Government in general is mistrusted and feel that they to a greater extent lack moral fibre when judged against leaders of the past. And have far more confidence in themselves than the people do.

Many feel that the decline of manufacturing will in the long term harm society and create vacuums in jobs in many communities.

First impressions

When i visit a customer to do a large or small job i am always aware of the impact of someone arriving to do work or visit my home.

Its not so much of first impressions although it is importance but people want to feel relaxed and at ease about having someone they know in there home, that is why i place a lot of importance on recommendations.

Speaking for my self i am normally settled in and feel the customers is at ease within a few minutes of me arriving,

About your carpets

As I have described on other pages what's important in how you maintain your carpets, if you vacuum regularly in the correct way and perhaps move your furniture slightly it reduces the slight wear which is normal in front of the seated areas.

Of course what's critical is the carpet type you choose, many types of carpets that are suitable for bedrooms say do not wear well if fitted in the lounge or sitting room.

Today's drivers

Is it just me being a grumpy old man or do you to find that a lot of the youngsters drive to fast and take to many chances.

In the winter on icy roads i have seen some amazing frightening sights, a car having lost control on a tight bend on an icy road going much to fast last year came right over my side of the road still doing about thirty five to forty before piling right into a ditch, fortunately they were o/k but well what can you say.

I know the counter argument about the mature generation, and well a nice old gentleman was coming towards me the other day on the wrong side of a roundabout !!

As was a great big wagon whilst the driver was on his mobile phone, did i get his vehicle number ?

No i was taking avoidance action !!

What are the current trends with flooring,wooden floors or carpets ?.

Well I find a lot of people are going back to carpets, the reason being they find wooden floors cold sometimes slippery and often dusty.

Customer needs.

Each customer and client has different needs and listening and reacting to this plays an important part as does the flexibility to react to the customers needs.

Most if not all just want a good job at a fair price and trust in my judgment to provide the right result,from the cleaning process.
